    KES teaches in the tradition of old style Muay Thai, Krabi Krabong, Muay Boron, Lerdrit the art of Tony Jaa in a small group setting. Students learn bio-mechanics, form, joint alignment, philosophy and striking power.

    Designed for people who are moderately de-conditioned and those who are already in shape, and looking to take their conditioning to the next level. Exercising outside with our weight loss boot camp is the best gift that you can give to your body.
