Oakland’s “Proper” Boot Camp

Oakland’s “Proper” Boot Camp meets four days a week, rain or shine, in a different beautiful location. Our boot camp is a medium-to-high intensity class that meets at 6am – bright and early to start your day off on the right foot.

At the KES Oakland Boot Camp, we offer variety and excitement by guiding you through a different workout within each session. Each Boot Camp includes a comprehensive warm up, flexibility, resistant (strength and conditioning), cardio, and core routine. In our fitness bootcamp, we encourage excellent form, lean muscle growth (hypertrophy); developing pound per pound strength (cross-sectional strength), and maximize calorie burning potential, all while cultivating proportionate physiques by training the body as a whole.

We teach you how to train yourself using exercises that can be done in any setting on your own time – and in the home, or outdoors. We train you to maintain your health and fitness; enhance competitive performance, and increase agility and dexterity.

The benefits of the KES Boot Camp include the following:

  • Experience each fitness workout with crisp morning air at local scenic locations for six weeks. Each Boot Camp training is four days a week for a maximum of one hour.
