    • Next, you will learn the basics to get you started in a way that is safe for your current body, and will help you look and feel better right away
    • Then we’ll build a consistent, personalized weekly routine that will continue to boost your strength, resilience and well-being
    • I’ll be with you along the way to combat the distractions and excuses that WILL come up to get in your way

  • HYBRID MODEL (Some live interaction and some group time):  

    • 12 Weeks -90 day of accountabipity
    •  Deliverables:
      • Pre-Recorded Content –  12 Weeks of Metamorphosis to Boss wellness
      • Boss Wellness Meeting Once a Week for Q&A
      • Weekly One-on-One personal training session to develop a personalized routine
